These terms apply to Thock, a paid macOS app that plays mechanical keyboard sounds. By downloading or using Thock, you agree to these terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Thock on Macs you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store terms.
Restrictions
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or redistribute Thock or its assets except as permitted by law.
Purchases and refunds
Payments and refunds are handled by Apple. Please refer to Apple’s App Store policies for purchase and refund terms.
Availability
Thock may change, pause, or stop at any time. We may update features or content without notice.

Thock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You use the app at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Thock.
